We do not accept returns.
Shipping Policy
We have no control over the post office, please make sure that you pick the right shipping option so that your items will get there when you need them. We dispatch between 2-5 days, this will need to be added to your ship time.
Missing Piece Policy
If you contact us within 1-2 days of recieving your order and you find that a piece is missing from your order, we will refund you the amount for the missing piece.
Mold Variation Policy
We do not differentiate mold variations. When you order a part that may have a mold variation you may receive ANY of the sub-types, or a mix of them. If you have a special need for one sub-type, please message us and we'll see if we can accomodate your request. Please note if you have ordered the wrong piece and did not contact us, we are not responsible and will not refund any amount of the purchase.
